My answer was directed to the "Holier–than–thou" hypocrisy of the individual talking about "knowing HIS PEOPLE", very clearly implying that this is a problem with the Dominican people.

Yet another SICK attempt to defecate on the people some have CHOSEN to live with.

It is a problem with the Dominican people! Maybe other places suffer the same problem does not change the fact it is a problem with Dominicans. Get it now?

If it is a generalized problem affecting many people, why then mention HIS people? You'd say something like "he knows which times we are living" or "he knows human nature", etc.

"Knowing HIS PEOPLE too well" implies it is not a problem with OTHER people, but with 'HIS people'.
