That might not always work out. I watched the Bahamian customs confiscate a 46 foot Hateras Sports fisherman. The owner claimned that the 800 cases of Bud were for [seriously] personal consumpsion. How long would that take?
My brother owns a double lot in the heart of Tampa. The offers he is currently getting are to good to ignore.

Yesterday I'd change oil of my jeep, the last time (2019) the cost of a quater of Mobil 1 synthetic oil was about 400 pesos, now I paid 800...all is going up
1.5 years ago, in the beginning of the pandemic, we went with an empty tank to a gas station and filled up with about 3600 pesos... Yesterday, we had 1/4 left on the tank and filled up, it took 3450 pesos to fill... The increase in gas prices has been something insane...

I started doing my own oil changes, no to save some money.
Even so getting 6 quarts of Mobil 1 5W-20 synthetic in DR is over $100 US, not counting the filter (OEM filters including drain plug washer are cheap on eBay).
So 10,000 miles between changes is the new plan for me
Every brand of oil is imported, so not much choice there.
I do 10,000 miles or 1 year......no need for more frequency, I think
I have been warned not to go too long in this warm climate

Having sold my diesel, I have some (10) 16 ounce bottles of Lucas Cethane Power Booster and injector cleaner which works well. A third of a bottle per fill-up or alternate.
They go for about $10 per bottle pre-shipping by boat.
Anyone with a diesel should use this here to get better mileage and keep injectors from fouling.
Try Barcelo Rum Cream as an alternate to Baileys. The last bottle bought was in June and it was approx $700 pesos. That may have gone up as well but its a nice smooth drink and works well in coffee.

Former Fed Chief Janet Yellen said she believed Summers is "wrong" and she doesn't "think we're about to lose control of inflation."
"I agree, of course, we are going through a period of inflation that's higher than Americans have seen in a long time, and it's something that's obviously a concern and worrying them, but we haven't lost control," Yellen added.
I believe Summers (not Yellen) and while I disagree with Twitter CEO Dorsey on most every issue, I do agree with him when he said we are about to experience hyper-inflation.
Elon Musk is also explain his Cyber currency invests because of fear of rampant inflation.
Anyway this winter and spring will prove whose right.

10,000 miles is a long way for dirty diesel which turns oil in the crankcase quicker than gasoline, but your Isuzu is new so maybe not so much .
But speaking of inflation did your Mux come with gold leaf ?
