Yes it is high, but that is for two people All Included. And not much different than the high end resorts here...............

I forgot it was for 2. I just saw the $500+ and said NFW. It's still NFW but it's a kindler and gentler NFW.

That is middle of the road pricing as far as PC is concerned. You are not likely to find a decent resort for less.......unless you go in the off season.
