I need to Rent Office Space?

I live in Miami and Im coming to Santo Domingo in search of 500-1000sq ft of office space on Tuesday. It doesnt need to be a store front just general space.

How can I locate space for rent?

Are there sites anyone knows of?

What the cost per foot give or take?

I am looking for 500-1000 feet of standard office space. I will have about 20 people there with office style desks or cubicles. I run a web business thats heavy in phone work. Picture a basic call center, thats it. I am not partial to the location as long as its convenient to get to from the airport and also in a safe location.

Also needs to be able to have a quality internet connection and I will need to hook up a generator to keep the power flowing. Hope this helps.
