He started Tesla and SpaceX. He's the richest man in the world - worth $300 billion dollars. I'm surprised you never heard of him.

Yes I have heard of him but my comment about the oligarchs wasn’t about him. I like him. I think he speaks his mind. He is also smart on China. I meant not sure how to define him. More than an oligarch maybe. His influence is global.
