Make your own, big guy. I'm on my 5th batch and I'll never rebuy commercial sausage. It is super simple to make.

Oh, and I went to BRAVO yesterday, and lo and behold they had Breakstone Cottage Cheese with an expiration date of mid-October.

I bought all 12 of them.
I guess you'll need the Ozempic after all with all that sausage and cottage cheese

And you are still surprised when there is no more sausages, cottage cheese or whatever you may be looking for, Chico. I often see patrons with two or more charts loaded to capacity and beyond. If you see something you like, get as much as you can just like everyone else seems to be doing. Here today, gone tomorrow to be restocked whenever...

No, I'm not surprised. It's the result of dealing with supermarkets here for decades.
If I buy it all, there's an excellent possibility that my supply will last until the next delivery.

Learn from JD…. Next time you see them, buy ‘em all 😊
Well last time I was there - there was about 300 of them in all flavors. I couldn't fit all those in my freezer even if I could afford to buy them.
I may have screwed myself for creating the post about how good they were and created a North Coast run on link sausages ?

I whipped up another pound and a half this morning between cups of coffee. I go so far as to wrap it in Saran Wrap then stick it in a round plastic bottle to form it for cutting once it gets cold.
My patties turn out perfect.

Homemade is so good, plus you can play around with the seasonings.

I'm too lazy.

It takes all of 10 minutes from start to finish if you have all of the spices organized.
Measure all of the spices into a bowl, mix em' up, then dump them on your ground pork and knead it like you knead bread dough for a couple of minutes.
That's it.

Ground pork here doesn't have enough fat unless your buying Boston butt "pork shoulder' and grinding your own.

I minced some of the smoked cooked bacon and tossed that in my last batch. Got it at BRAVO. They also have pancetta which I will probably try next.

I've seen it in Jumbo, Nacional, and Sirena. I don't remember seeing it in BRAVO.

I get a Bologna Jones every six months or so and buy a package. Also, those cute little Ja-Ja Salchichas.
