I don`t want it free, but I don`t want to be a victim of the trade war that Trump started if I don`t need to.
Unless the trade war you reference is somehow resolved (fyi that war started decades ago, Trump is just now defending) then I surmise you will likely have to use the DR postal system and see how it goes.

Understand that the parcels you reference are likely shipped via air by China or Hong Kong Post and delivered to the DR. Since most imported China goods arrive via container taking weeks/months to arrive, the goods you speak about would likely come when a plane load of goods is ready to come to the DR (however long that takes to fill).........and you would then be at the mercy of the dysfunctional DR postal system IMPOSDOM.

Good luck in your quest.

I don't know what you are talking about in terms of propaganda.
Looking for your source to state that "China is lagging in almost all technology development,"

Indeed, having the best education is deeply valued in Chinese culture. Is there something else?
China steals the technology. So yes China has great technology. Bought an iPhone, similar to a 14. 128gb. From a well known uniformed gentleman on Sosua beach for about $122. In a sealed box. Chinese and Russian instructions. Easily able to switch it over to Spanish. Basic iPhone sims card installation. Much better than the iPhone 12 I bought in the states used for $195 refurbished last year. Hopefully with the trade war more USA technology will get pushed thru the RD.

You might be surprised to see just how many "must have" brands of phones, purses, and other Italian luxury items are actually produced in China.
