Wanting to make sure I can get pretty good internet so I can then worry about finding and streaming football (EPL) -- had lots of conflicting advice re VPNs satellites and shipping stuff from NYC

Any guidance much appreciated -

Forget satellites. That’s so 2010 . You can get pretty decent internet speeds in DR if you have Claro Fibre Optic ...not sure about others ...

Options for streaming live EPL in DR?

1 . Subscription based options ( tested and working in DR , other options may be available ) .
  1. Fubo TV( not Fubu) have most , if not all of the EPL games on NBCSN and NBC
  2. AT&T Now - same as above .
For these you should get a VPN with your own fixed US IP address . You can get a free google vpn with a US IP if you are a bit technical and have the time to do some research on google . If you use a shared IP VPN you may be blocked.

2. Other options ( no vpn required) :

  1. Local DR TV providers in DR like Claro TV have NBC channels...not sure if they have NBCSN
  2. IPTV providers ..there are tons of international and local IPTV providers ...in DR and Puerto Rico ...and you are almost guaranteed to have “ all you can eat “ US and UK EPL channels ....choose carefully. Plenty on IG .

Cheapest option - get a free UK vpn ...with your own IP address ...and you can watch Gary on MOTD via iPlayer all you want . Tested and working in DR.
