Without open windows the humidity leads to damp issues, there are always weather events that can cause damage to buildings, it's never a good idea. I live in a tower in the capital and one of the staff goes into my apartment every day when I'm not there, sits and eats his lunch, checks everything, opens windows, cleans the pool, that's the only way it can work.

The way she speaks grinds my teeth. lol
I got a kick out of her saying she has her phone camera on a gimble, and then you see her reflection holding her phone in her hand.

Maybe it's time for another visit to the german butcher.
The German butcher is long gone. But the German restaurant that Fat Herman has WAS the building that housed it. Same place. And the German Butcher made the best Roast Beef in the DR......
There is still the German butcher opposite the Loty car spares place. I buy plenty of meat there and my German friend say THEY do the best roast beef in the DR if you order it in advance.
That's the one I remember. I never made it to the one where Herman is now.

30yrs ago mostly farms best dirt biking rd with moguls
Took 45 minutes go up by car bottom to top.. now paved top to bottom. Yes very hard to listen too in person worse
That is the son-in-law of the original butcher, he is a very nice fellow. Take the time to chat, you might be surprised.
I tried wanted to order prime rib whole didn’t care price showed him picture can you order showed me 2 inch chunks said prime rib then went off on me…my wife goes from then on ..I don’t know him , but that was my experience and I’m easy going most of time. So I bring a frozen prime rib every time I fly incase I want to get smoker going.
