Online digital issues of the media, stores and word of mouth are spreading information on where to get discounted prices on that item you may have been looking to buy for months.

All throughout November, Black Friday specials have prevailed so people don’t have to deal with the crowds. But the actual day, 29 November 2024 is coming, so hours are counted for many sales. Some stores will extend the specials throughout the weekend.

I was looking at fridge prices yesterday (Wednesday) and the two places I visited both offered me what they claimed to be Black Friday discounts.

Black Friday! Ha! Ha! They raise the prices then put out big discount signs. You pay the same price and think you're getting a deal and the merchants increase their sales. The way to do it properly would be to find items you actually need, then compare before and after prices . . .

We needed 4 new tires for our Venza, oddball size. We thought we’d be shipping from USA. Brother-in-law took it to Pricesmart, they don’t sell our size. Today he went elsewhere in SD and bought 4 Goodyear tires at a great Black Friday price, saved a lot!!!

Bought a computer, $450.00 off with the Black Friday sale. And the best part, I did not have to leave home, bought online.

No true "Deals" in DR Stores. They raise the prices a week earlier to have them lowered today. Online (amazon etc.) it's a totally different story.
