New restrictions begin in Nagua from local government. This is getting crazy. Where is the sense here?
Among the agreed provisions, there is the closing of the business every day at 2 in the afternoon from Monday to Saturday and Sunday 24 hours a day, among others, in order to stop the spread of the Corona Virus in this city.
The agreed measures will be presented and approved by the municipal council, which was immediately summoned by its president Leo Dan De Jesús and will begin to be implemented from next Monday the 10th of this month.
GENERAL
1. Close the local business from 2 in the afternoon to 5 in the morning, from Monday to Saturday and 24 hours on Sundays. Including public transport.

2. Eliminate exceptions to businesses that work with deliveri at night, to eliminate commercial inequality and avoid unnecessary transit, which has become common.
3. Prohibit the use of public spaces such as; Beaches, rivers, open-use pools, parks, squares, among others.
4. Impose a fine of 25 thousand pesos to Colmadones that sell drinks at night. And if they incur in the practice again, they will be closed temporarily or permanently.
Note: the money collected will be deposited in the bank or hospital account to be used in the treatment of people infected by Covid -19.
5. Grant permission to ruteros to leave and enter Nagua, in relation exclusively to their work, not to travel in the city from one point to another.
6. Request once again the establishment of tents in the Reserve bank. at Amalio Alonzo or Mariano Pérez, so as not to obstruct the passage at Francisco Yapor.
The same for the popular bank and other banking entities, where people have to be located, causing the least possible inconvenience with vehicular traffic.
7. Obligatory nature of social distancing and use of a mask, under constant and radical supervision by the national police and other law enforcement institutions.
8. Take restrictive measures in neighborhoods, in relation to the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages
