it looks just like the one lot to me. Concon has a lot of land and no sign of them building on that. Then there is Penelope in what looks like one lot then there is the place where the twin towers are supposed to be but still no sign although the cement factory has gone

The lots next door......

One is being built on now, and the other the owner refuses to sell. He wants to keep it for his children's inheritance.

And probably he is right , if they sell it later will make a lot of $$$ since no more lots left on the beach in Villas Del Mar and on Boulevard either . :surprised

Just got back from the DR. Juan Dolio Beach looks absolutely beautiful. I took a walk on the beach for about thirty minutes and saw about ten people in that time. The beach has improved ten fold in the last year.

If they want to turn JD into SoBe they will by necessity import a large number of gays, hot models, all-night owls and various fashionistas plus JD will need a very long and wide beach.
There goes the neighborhood.
