Yes, it is a joke and not a good one.Anyone been there lately? Price same, portions smaller than kids size chicken. Literally less than half the size they have been serving for decades. Pathetic, and reading on the Net it is not only here..........
Got back later than planned lastnight after celebrating all day/ my birthday at the beach yesterday with friends so KFC sounded like a quick fix to top it off.
Couldn't help but notice, indeed the 2 pieces of chicken I ordered were much smaller than in the past.
Not really I ordered 8 pieces and they told me it was a special and I got 10. The 10 were equal to 3 of the old ones. I am not kidding............Probably KFC is worried about your health, eat less of that oil soaked stuff, maybe live longer...! Or not... 😜

I never go to KFC but yea, that makes a ton of sense.Have you ever looked at the chicken you get from any pica-pollo here. Much smaller local chickens. I'm guessing KFC switched to local as well.
Cristo, congratulations on another trip around the sun!!
Noooo, you sound like my son now. He swears it is not chicken because "chicken can't be that small" he says. Are we sure these are even Chickens ?
How does a Bird grow smaller parts like this .. why would the Farmer sell them smaller intentionally. Fattening them up is the whole game
it takes about 6 weeks
So this is a mystery
Right? Local chickens are not big at all. No injections or steroids I'd assume.Noooo, you sound like my son now. He swears it is not chicken because "chicken can't be that small" he says.
He just refused to eat it. He insists it is not chicken. He would not eat Pica Pollo either from way back. He bit into a piece, and it was raw, both him and my husband. Pretty much turned them off of fried chicken. In the US it is the same, small pieces. Makes one wonder where they get their chickens from.Right? Local chickens are not big at all. What always irks me is the way they cut them. They don't follow the drumstick, thigh, Breast, wing, etc., they just chop them into pieces. He just refused to eat it. He insists it is not chicken.
