KFC Shringage
Popeyes did a Similar thing a while back.. but they used the PRICE to alienate me .. raised prices on some items from like $9.99 to $16.99. overnight .
not even gradual.
Never went back .
I can boycott KFC just as easily ...
Do check their ONLINE Prices tho .. there are a lot of ONLINE deals which they will absolutely not give you over the counter, inside the restaurant.
Seems They want the Credit card through the online system. Your name goes on the bag, and you Grab and go , like you are door dash.
so do check those Meal Deals .

Not really I ordered 8 pieces and they told me it was a special and I got 10. The 10 were equal to 3 of the old ones. I am not kidding............

Have you ever looked at the chicken you get from any pica-pollo here. Much smaller local chickens. I'm guessing KFC switched to local as well.

Noooo, you sound like my son now. He swears it is not chicken because "chicken can't be that small" he says.
Right? Local chickens are not big at all. No injections or steroids I'd assume.
He just refused to eat it. He insists it is not chicken. He would not eat Pica Pollo either from way back. He bit into a piece, and it was raw, both him and my husband. Pretty much turned them off of fried chicken. In the US it is the same, small pieces. Makes one wonder where they get their chickens from.
What always irks me is the way they cut them. They don't follow the drumstick, thigh, Breast, wing, etc., they just chop them into pieces.
Another thing I don't understand is why supermarkets don't have thighs. BRAVO has tons of drumsticks, deboned drumsticks, etc. but not thighs.
It's not easy to get a breast from a pica pollo-it's always chopped into 3 pieces.
