350 for 10 minutes in the air fryer is the magic formula. 15 minutes if you want it a little crispy. I have a nice BBQ rub I put on mine.I do most of my shopping at Jumbo in POP, and when they have boneless thighs I almost always buy some! Quick and verstatile to cook, and tasty too
Don't have an air fryer, so stovetop works for me. I make a Jamaican-style spice blend that I sometimes use - yum!
harissa is a great sauce for chicken as well.Today my son did the cooking, used a harissa middle eastern spice on a boneless leg of lamb roast. I never heard of it before today, but it was delicioso.
Do you have the impression the chickens are smaller? Do they have shorter legs and smaller wings nowadays?Got back later than planned lastnight after celebrating all day/ my birthday at the beach yesterday with friends so KFC sounded like a quick fix to top it off.
Couldn't help but notice, indeed the 2 pieces of chicken I ordered were much smaller than in the past.
Nevertheless when we buy whole frozen chickens at Janet’s from pollo vegano theyRight? Local chickens are not big at all. No injections or steroids I'd assume.
I used to get harissa in NY. It came in paste form, in a tube, like toothpaste. Must have been delish with lamb! I doubt it is available here in the DR.Today my son did the cooking, used a harissa middle eastern spice on a boneless leg of lamb roast. I never heard of it before today, but it was delicioso.
