La Sirena Points

For the 1st time in months I went to La Sirena to shop.

I gave the cashier my La Sierna "Club Siremas" card as usual.
My name and account # show on the receipt.

I checked and re-checked the receipt and there is nothing indicating my total points and/or my earned points for today.

Did I miss something about this?
Does anyone else on here have this same problem?

Thanks

I think you have to go to customer service and they tell you how many points you have. I've never tried though. One of the great mysteries of life.

Its after "puntos" at the button of your receipt or go to their website and use the look-up feature.

It has always been at the bottom of the receipt, I looked for a very long and many times at the receipt, it is NOT there on my receipt.

No response on the link you provided Abuela.

In Plaza Lama you can scan your card in any of the stores scanners or cashiers and it tells you how many points you have accumulated. Maybe in Sirena it's the same otherwise Abuela is correct.

They have disappeared with the coronavirus. Just like the OT section within. ;)
