I came across this Goya page with recipes for 12 empanadas, good link to keep. I’m going to try to find the tapas dough that is baked instead of fried. I did bring back 5 dozen handmade yuca dough for empanadas. I also enjoyed Venezuelan empanadas in DR, and finally have a recipe.
