His 2009 scam has now evolved to a Criminal Case. He may or may not be involved in the Tranquility Resort project. I will not confirm or deny this. If you have contacts with DR law enforcement the Arrest Warrant can be verified. This guy could sell ashes to the Devil; so buyer beware.
