Try a very basic process with the police…..such as denouncing a robbery…..no one will help you. Even if you show them a video…..they will not even investigate any thing.
Try bring a querella before a fiscal…..fill out the forms…..they will not investigate…..they will do nothing……without a bribe……..the fiscal will tell you……we will investigate and do nothing……they will not cite any one without a bribe……they will not give you a docket number…..they will not send the citations….you have to pay for it……you will have to go multiple time to the fiscal to get the citation date…..the ministerio public is a joke …the victim becomes a double victim……the investors in dominican republic beware…….go where you are wanted and repected…..
