Guzman Ariza ......they took care of my purchase and made everything simple and easy .......not the cheapest ...but sometimes with certain things it does not pay to go cheap

I've always used Banco Popular lawyers. Finance through them and they handle the whole shebang. Added bonus is you're assured the property is legally registered.

Once it's yours, pay off the loan.
