Lawyer office explosion
The blast could be heard all the way to Sosua Abajo. That was one powerful release of energy.
It frightened my dogs in Los Cerros, a mile as the crow flies away, and behind a tree covered hill.
I wonder if the lawyer had off-site backups of case files.
I didn't think a lawyer would be there so early in the morning. I'm curious who and where was the injured person standing. Glad they weren't killed and after recovery she will have quite a Christmas story to tell for years to come.

There were quite a few videos out showing the moment the cleaning lady was found and later in the hospital.
So, what does everybody think? Maybe a lightning direct strike to a ground-to-ceiling rebar sticking out of the roof?

I live about a mile away and it shook pictures off the wall and a mobile off the ceiling.
The on dit seems to be a long leak on a gas tank. I know people want the excitement of a drug hit or a bomb, but I don't think we have that in our wheelhouse. Yet.
From what I was told, the women in the house somehow managed to survive the blast? I guess it wasn't her turn yet.
Im no Explosives Expert , But I do Know that every explosion has a Center .. If for example it was a Device you would clearly see the Center and everything radiating outward .
This looks like the whole Building was involved, therefore a Gas Leak with Gas Fumes in every Room seems to be the most Likely scenario.
Once it ignited, every room became a Bomb . Looks like every single Wall came down .

Yep, I agree with you and Meems. Looks a lot like a slow gas leak downstairs and the cleaning lady was upstairs. It doesn't take a lot of gas fumes to generate an explosion like that.

Why do they keep thinking a gas tank has to explode to be able to produce an explosion?
A person can open a gas burner, walk off to find a match, and by the time they get back, the gas it has released in the air will produce an explosion.
Gas tanks are designed to not explode.
Why? Ignorance.

Lisa thinks it was an accident and nothing deliberate. The person pulled from the wreckage was a lawyer not a cleaning lady.

The investigation must be finished before noon day. A crew of workers with a large backhoe, and several massive dump trucks removed 50% of the rumble today.
