Yes, you could make a nourishing bean soup with these ingredients plus a few ounces of dried beans and some pasta to feed 4. Flavor with herbes de provence or local home grown herbs. Serve with French bread.

Could stir fry with chicken fillet, tofu or pork strips - serve with rice. Need to pre-cook the potatoes and add tomato last.

Also Semolina with grated coconut made and coconut milk is very good. Flavor with cardamon.

Semolina coconut cake is very good also as dessert.

You could remain under 50 pesos a head for meal and dessert.

while I do not get Eggs for 4 pesos each here on the East, at least not the big tasty ones I prefer, they are more around 7-8n pesos each, 89.- Pesos for example in the pack of a Dozen at Super Pola here on the East,
you are splurging on the Coconuts and the Milk.
40 pesos per liter Milk would be here for the most expensive milk to be found.

hey, you are living in da Jungle, they are for FREE!!!
they are even free here on the East, my Veranda is surrounded by Coconut Trees, I pay people several times per year to take da $hit and bring it away.
to pay for coconuts on a Caribbean Palmtree Beach is something for Tourists.

Get baking - use up those free coconuts!

You need a hand grater and most of you have maids - get them grating! Low cost of living with free coconuts!
