Looking for a long term rental in Jarabacoa for 2 adults... Condo or Small house, peaceful area w nice view ..furnished 1 or 2 bedrooms..$500 to 1,000 per month range. Pls email me if u have something.

Jay, there is a very nice downstairs apartment, part of an up/down duplex, next door to us on the same property in the quiet Pinar Dorado neighborhood. Very quiet and secure here.

The landlord is asking RD$10,000mo. That's under your budget, but it's "Dominican" prices. I'm sure the landlord would love a good, solid, quiet tenant.

I think it's a 3/2, probably 1500-1700sf.

I know that some furniture is available, beds and some other furnishings, maybe even some kitchen utensils.

Thanks, i am surprised there are not rentals in my price range in Jarabacoa advertised on the internet real estate sites. All i see are $500 per day villas. I realize the beach rentals are more popular but I thought there would be more modest priced homes for rent in Jarabacoa.

Almost nothing about Jarabacoa real estate is on the internet.

Those villas? Many don't have contracts for the listing.
