As far as I know they are produced by the General Cigar company.

Macanudo Cigars was founded as a Jamaican company. Now most of their cigars come from the DR, with some tobacco still coming from Jamaica and Mexico.

General Cigar...Santiago...thats 1 place for sure....However, if HB tells you something different, go with what he tells you.

I went on the web and found out everything but the production location. General Cigar does own Macanudo as well as Punch and several other cigar brands. Macanudo did origiante in Jamaica and I also think they are manufactured in Santiago but can't swear to that. The irony is that they are one great cigar but extremely expensive in the DR. Thompson Cigar Company in the US has good prices but we are not in the USA.
