For anybody in the tri-state area another Spanish book store has closed in NYC. Macondo on 14th Street has recently closed. After 35 years of being in business they have now shut their doors. This is the second one in the past two months.

If anyone is interested I have a listing of Spanish bookstores in NYC/Queens. One is a children's bookstore. I was surprised to see that.

Let me know and I will post them.

Definitely interested.
Would very much like to see it if you don't mind.

Well don't forget about Caliope on 170 Dyckman, NYC, they have a huge selection of spanish books and a lot of them Dominican related.
I told the owner that it was surprising he didn't have a website to sell his books I guess he needs some guidance, 'cause it would be great if he could do that. I went to a "tartulia" last thursday at the bookstore, and found myself amongst very interesting characters.

I forgot to mention that in the article that I got this information from it stated that Barco de Papel is a children's bookstore. I wouldn't want someone to go all the way out there and find that out!
