Quick Update
I will be returning to the US for Christmas and am leaving on December 8. Therefore, if anyone is planning to drop by my office, please plan on doing so either this week or next. I will be out of the office one day, but that is not yet arranged. For certain, it will not be tomorrow. When I know, I'll post it so no one makes a wasted trip.
If anyone in the US wants to mail a check to me while I am there, please PM me for the address to use.

PS Isaida and her mom will be in the office tomorrow. We're buying the next month's medicine. I'll have an accounting update and scan of the receipt to post in the next little while.

I will be in my office tomorrow and Monday through Thursday next week from 9 AM to 1:30 PM. On Friday, I will be there from 9 AM to no later than 1 PM. Often, I am there later than one-thirty, but the entrance doors are closed and locked then.
If anyone is planning to drop off donations for Isaida's medicine, please do it at those times.

First of all, OOPS! I never posted the accounting as I planned. So, this link will show the accounting for November and December. Since the Meet and Greet with Beyond the Beach is tomorrow, I included their promised donation in the January totals.

Isaida's Saizen was purchased (for the end of January) on Feb. 3, 2014 because that was when her mother was able to come to the office.

Update - April 1, 2014
I am finally back in the office after about three weeks of intensive work with several clinics - dental and medical.
I have some new information about Isaida's progress.
Because she had not been examined by the pediatric endocrinologist in a year, Isaida needed to be seen. Thanks to Strength for the Journey and Lindsey Kaufman, the money for the doctor's visit and trip to Santo Domingo was provided on February 18.
Isaida and her mother stayed in Santo Domingo about three weeks in order for the tests to be completed. When they returned to Puerto Plata, her prescription had been changed slightly.
Instead of receiving an ampule a month, Isaida gets two ampules in one month and then has a month off. The final cost is the same, but now it is six purchases of 2 ampules in a year instead of twelve of a single ampule per month.
On March 13, I purchased two ampules of the medicine for her. That included the funds for the February and March dose. Her next double dose will be purchased in May. The scanned receipt for the March purchase is here:

Isaida didn't get a dose of growth hormone in April because of the dosing change made by Dr. Elbi in February. I will spend about $500 US (RD$21,300) on the purchase of two ampules of the hormone around the middle of May.
