They included the median and the sidewalk on the other side. That looks much better. A sign they changed from the ridiculous habit when they renovated SD’s Malecón? To this day SD’s Malecón the sea facing side looks nicen but the other side of the road which would had required fixing the sidewalk to make the road look even still looks untouched, for lack of a better word.
