MALLs & PLAZAs IN SDE

So I think I already shopped and visited almost every MALL in districto nacional , now I want to explore SDE

Can y’all name the MALLs and Big Plazas in Santo Domingo ESTE and also any details
Regarding the malls and plazas in SDE that someone visiting or shopping for the first time should be aware of … thanks


SIDENOTE : are there any mall or big plaza on or near arroyo hondo and Alma Rosa ; I hear those are the only two “UPSCALE” neighborhoods in SDE ?

My girl
All she knows is BLUE MALL and AGORRA MALL 🤦‍♂️ ,,,,, she thinks SDE it’s part of the VULCAN universe and is 10,000 light years away

WHAT !!! Comon boy, you doen't mean this serious,right? What does your General tell you about this? Crossing the Bridge from DN to SDE is the most dangerous thing you can do in this country. There are hordes of criminals only waiting for you. When you cross the bridge the spies they are around there will report you immediatly to the central of the thiefs, so it doesn't matter what Mall you visit in SDE, THEY WILL ROB YOU.
Stay in Piantini and don't cross my way in Megacentro please.

Many shopping plazas along the San Isidro strip. This is not really a tourist area and in fact tourists don't go to this area, but I'm referring to the nicer area. The section from La Charles to the air base is, as you can see, still under expansion. Might need to wear a Covid mask to avoid breathing in all that dust, might as well be criossing a desert. lol

I think the newest shopping plaza there is the Metro Plaza (I don't think this place is a year old yet), but plenty more. The oldest is Coral Mall (which is a mall in name only.)

MR. PIKOBELLO I do admit that I was one’s concern about crossing the bridge to the wrong side of the tracks , however after 6 months living here in PIANTINI and realizing that during the daytime ( daylight ) one can freely travel to even SDE I now have change my views about SDE during the daytime ; but but but with that being said I must emphasized that “SDE it’s about 20 maybe 30 times worst than Districto nacional (PIANTINI , bella vista , caciacasgos , Sarasota , zona colonial , naco)” and even YOU who lives there can NOT argue against that fact … I do understand that you MR. PIKOBELLO for personal or financial reasons may have NO choice to reside in the wrong side of the tracks BUT do NOT come here and act like SDE it’s a Mr . Rogers neighborhood as far as safety .

IMHO Mr. Rey You don't have a clue what SDE is all about. That being said there is absolutely no reason to leave your concrete jungle in Piatini. Enjoy it, live it but by all means don't risk crossing the bridge into the the zone "that is 20 times, maybe 30 times worse..." bla bla bla.If you're such a smart axe why are you inquiring? You seem to know it all. Enjoy the rest of your evening.

I like shopping in Duarte, you can buy pretty much anything they sell in the upscale malls there, but at half the price. I think that's more likely to be where the chapiadora buys her stuff when her man is out of town.
