Market day at Agora Mall

Agora Mall is inviting a selection of 37 small artisans and entrepreneurs to a market day in its central market area. The event will be open on Saturday, 20 and Sunday, 21 February 2021 from 9am to 5pm. There will be arts and crafts, culinary delights, decorating items, and fashion and art for sale at market prices.

Silvia Rosales, general manager of the Santo Domingo city mall, said the market day for small businesses will continue with one weekend a month all throughout the rest of the year.

They used to do these little markets on the first floor in front of SD Cafe every other weekend when I was
living down there back in 2014/15. Good to see they are allowing them to continue.

One and the same. Back in those days the Monte Alta coffee folks would sell the same special coffee that cobrabob used to get for us. Lots of interesting stuff.
