High IQ's don't get sick---- sounds like you're saying

My article points out the reluctance/inability of society's lower echelons to get treatment-
or even to seek it.

Simple as Pi

ALL of the people I knew that died of prostate cancer, had FREE health care, EVERYONE OF Them.

Health insurance can't cure stupid or the inability of one to curtail their bad urges.

Enter the warrior gene, among others.

Most everything social, economic, societal has its roots in genetics.

It takes a long time, perhaps thousands of years to make major genetic changes.

The numbers are facts.

You just don't like them.

Understood.

It is amazing that prostate cancer is double in African American men than Caucasian but rates in Africa among blacks is lower than the US blacks - so it points to either genetic modification or more probably bad diet. Like Gorgon was saying poor quality of food in inner cities.

But Hispanics have a lower rate than Caucasian Americans.
Maybe it has to do with type of work ?
More physical jobs made be healthier than sitting in cubicles, or due to lower vs higher stress levels

WW, I did not know there was a generic for Cialis 5mg. I pay $80 for a 30 day supply in Santo Domingo which is a bargain compared to $325 in New York. I was told they were possibly coming out with a generic sometime this year.

There is one called Tadal by Euro that is very inexpensive.

I will make a comment about generic drugs...

The Tadal that I buy is Cdn made - the other offering is from somwewhere else.

The Cdn is slightly more money but a more reliable maker - IMO

That's what I watch for in generics - the 'where'
Most RD offerings are from 'different' countries - I find

most of the medicine at the DR GOVERNMENT Farmacias comes from China, India, Colombia and Mexico. Just got a 3 month supply of blood pressure medication for my MIL for 80 pesos. In Ontario shr paid 2 dollars per precription, as a senior with low income.

I understand why folks would feel more comfortable with a drug that comes from a known source.

I've gotten over physicians who never went to a US med school or residency program. And while I may not want a heart transplant from a Dominican crew I've found the level of expertise for *most* physical conditions by non-NA docs to be quite effective.

I took a leap to "foreign" generic drug sources, also, and found no issues: they seem as effective as name brands.

But one's health, especially in fragile conditions, is a very sensitive issue and having a positive outlook is crucial. In that regard being more comfortable with what one knows is good therapy...

Mom CB had a prescription where the deductible went from $200 a month to like $650 a month. So she sourced the same exact name brand drug made in India from the same name brand manufacturer for $240 for THREE months, and through a Canuckian online pharmacy. The drug was delivered via Turkey. Go figure. Global medicine.

The rest of the world needs quality meds, too. They just cannot afford NA prices, especially US prices.

The local pharmacies have medicine from all over the world, but the government pharmacies are far more limited, both in medicine and suppliers. I take coversyl - france, Bisoprolol - Uruguay, Crestor - Puerto Rico

My last omaprazole was from Israel. I just bought some from India that seems effective.

When I'm in Canada I get all my precriptions filled and paid for by Veteran Affairs, but they will only let me take 100 pills per precription per filling, so I get my son to pick up more after 100 days. In the meantime since I live full time in the DR I have to get locally.

Are the prices on the website discounted once you join their club?
I'm asking because I just checked my prescription - at my local drug store I'm paying $ Cdn 571.70 for 30 days supply; your website is $ US 731.62 for 30 days supply. This is a comparison by brand name. For whatever reason I can't search generically, I just get an error message.
