Aaarrgghh! Just when I thought I was almost done!!!!
I realized one of the invoices was not "itemized and detailed" as per OHIP requiements for re-imbursement. However I do have the referral report from the Drs. who were treating him that outline tests, medications etc.
Problem is there is a lot of really technical jargon that I am hesitant to tackle.
Finally got a lead on a translator in the city (don't know if she translates Spanish until I talk to her) only to find out she's away for another three weeks.
Aaarrrrgghh!! I'm pulling my hair out by the roots!!!!!!:ermm:
:disappoin:speechles
Also there are a few words that I think I know but would like confirmed (left all my dictionaries in the DR.)
Dial up is a b*i*t*c*h when trying to use on-line translators so if you wouldn't mind, here goes :
dolor espalda baja - below the shoulder pain/lower shoulder pain
orofaringes mucosa enrojecida -mucous ?(membranes??) reddened
tinte subicterico - subicteric colour (slightly jaundiced colour)
ruidos cardiaco identifcables - identifiable cardiac noise (?)
apex no desplazado- apex not displaced
sin soplos - without murmurs
pulmones: esterores finos basal derecho - lungs: rasping sounds to bottom of right lobe
hepatoesplenomegalia -enlarged liver (liver enlargement)
cardiomegalia moderada a expensas de vi -moderate cardiac enlargement at his expense
aorta esclerotica ligero infiltrado bpd -
calcificaciones pequenias hiliares- small ? calcifications
More later.......
Thanks all!
