One of the biggest mistakes made recently on the north coast was that project.
They are now a well positioned Cabana if they come up with an hourly rate plan.
I somehow do not think ownership cares about occupancy Windy!

You are behind the times...it always was international destination...all Hotels are nothing but Cubana..now they have best location for sportsters..so if you can’t see transformation happening before yours eyes try opening them ,times are changingthat's exactly what I indicated earlier, they have been nothing but a cabana. When it opened people were saying it was the beginning of the transformation of Sosua to a international destination

And doesn’t matter what we think...

??changes have been happening on and off for ten years. My view is that moving a chica bar across the street or down the street has absolutely no impact on what Sosua is or will be.

bro, what Sosua are you speaking of, even the pot holes are the same.
There is a food menu posted on the window. But I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone actually eating there? (other than popcorn at the bar).
The Sosua you wish it was ...what potholes only dust and gravel now ... pot holes are braille for drunkards to find there way home..bro, what Sosua are you speaking of, even the pot holes are the same.
Differing viewpoints or tales will all be moot once the municipal security camera systems are put in place. All will be able to see the comings and goings in real time with these 24/7 HD cameras which will be mounted, and can be viewed online, just as in other sectors of the nation.
I would pay to see the action on Pedro Clisante online.
There was "backlash" from some single male travelers. Or maybe they weren't actually single?
