Hey folks. Some great potential to see meteor showers Sunday and Monday night. Get out of the cities and into the campo. Best time to see is mostly after midnight.
The Perseid meteors tend to come from the north part of the sky near Cassiopeia. Look for the Big Dipper, then the north star. Cassiopeia looks like either a W or M on the other side of it.
I've seen the showers several times and it can be quite a show if you're out in the campo. Makes for a good date.
