Do I need a covid-19 test when I fly back from Miami Int. to Santo Domingo?

Your (tourist) dollars will be welcomed with open arms.
No test are required however due the recent
increase in Covid positives, Santo Domingo is
under a strict curfew Mon-Fri and from 3pm on
Saturday and Sunday in order to help slow the spread.

Where is the logic in not testing people arriving
from all over the world but implementing a curfew
to slow the spread you ask?
