The Mayor of Santiago has allowed/ encouraged the PN (they even have their own trucks called Ruido PN)
to confiscate speakers here for a few years now.

At least there is hope for some to sleep better now. Until the next time.

I hope you're wrong, but if not, let's call it a teachable moment. "Wall of Sound" is made with lots of repetitive backfill and augmentation using harmonics, clapping, low end horns, and so on. Not typically found in Dominican music.

True that the production and mixing of Dominican music is not of that wall of sound style at all.

It is primarily mixed for jet engine equivalent sound levels.
