Hello my husband and I are moving to Sosua Ocean Village and we wanted to see if there are any moving supplies locally for a hand truck or dolly.

Welcome to the neighborhood! Your post was not specific enough. What kind of moving supplies for a hand truck or dolly are you looking for?
A hundred pesos each to a few cat eaters will pretty much resolve any moving logistics.
I think moving to Sosua is not healthy for a happy marriage

I don't believe that was part of the question.
We happen to be perfectly aware of the location of SOV as a very nice water park for kids is right on the entrance. Also, even Sea Horse Ranch is closer to SOV than the actual center of Sosua (if that's the "problem spot") and I believe a long-time poster (not active recently, we changed PMs a while ago, a married couple) lives there, but moreover, I think if considerations such as poster 2020 was posting have to be made (this had nothing to do with the OP), I think there are problems elsewhere and say more about the persons who answer unasked questions...
We have not stayed in SOV but have in Residencial Hispaniola, we really liked it, and that is even much closer to the city than SOV...
If you feel like you need a place to think things over after your big move and feel a little lost....I can recomend the perfect place, that I go to ,its very quiet with few people go there on a saturday night about 11 pm have a few cold ones and relax... at the central bar and hotel..........................
