Need an Experienced English Speaking Nanny

A friend of mine in DR, who is a diplomate, ask me if I could help him recruit an English speaking nanny experienced with infant care. His wife is having her baby in June and he wants someone with competence.
Does any one know of any professional agencies or school in the DR for Infant care professionals?
This is a full time live in position. No domestics work.
Depending on the competence he is prepared to pay up to RD$30,000 plus room and board. Any info is welcome.

Looking for a full time, live in nanny for a new born in Cabarete. Light cooking, general housework, but more important care for newborn. Employment to begin in June/July/August.
