I recently got my Cedula via my Parents. I'm working to get the Cedula/Naturalization for my foreign born wife via marriage.

Has your wife had legal residency for two years? That is a requirement to get naturalization through marriage.

I read that the residency requirements don't need to be met if she is a Foreign (female) spouse. According to the GGM. More to follow as I get better clarification.

That’s how it was, but it was changed several years ago.

Yes I went through the process and was naturalized in March. My lawyer was great for the most part and definitely knew how to navigate the system.
The reason I asked if your spouse has two years of legal residency is because i understand that to be a requirement for naturalization and I could not apply until I had that (I am female).

Thanks! I just started working with the Lawyers and had a call with them yesterday. It's a tedious process, but we can manage. They know their stuff for sure.
