The president announced today that a website and an app for smart phones will be developed so anyone can make a claim if they are the victims of a robbery or other types of crime and need the police. Each claim will be able to check its progress online and/or in the app. Once that happen there will be no need to go to a police department to make a claim. Also, fines will be able to be paid online and they will digitalize lost documents. The National Police will also incorporate drones for combating crime in the cities.
