Since we are now spending less time in the DR (3-4 months as opposed to 8-10 months) we are in the process of moving ownership for our properties to our son. He already has access to our accounts in the DR. He is Dominican/American so it should be no issue for him in the future. It is a lot to review/resolve but better to have everything in order.
