Ribs in the oven?? You do realize that is sacrilege of the highest order, no?

No, its not. I used to boil the taste out of them before putting them on the Q, but after reading a post on how Cobraboy made ribs slow cooking them in the oven, then onto the Q, I had to try, and WOW!!! Its the only way to make ribs.
My Q is one that uses 'carbon' so there is no temp. guage like you get on a gas Q so I can't slow cook them there.....It works out real well, especially if you put the ribs into one of those turkey roasting bags to slow cook.....

I found them in LaSirena in Santiago. They are sold by the deli counter

I presume all La Sirena's sell them then, good info, thanks! I used one last Easter Sunday to make a leg of lamb that got delivered to our front gate. It came out so good that I brought another bag and leg of lamb with us when we visited Matilda a couple of weeks later.
