As well, where are those who used to contribute there reguarly, but have 0 to contribute to the regular RD threads, especially during these trying times?

screen shot of the forums menu that I see. I believe you said should follow the clown bin and as shown there is no sign of it.

It should be like any other forum that's visible unless its restrictions are what's causing it to be missing.
Maybe t's filtering everyone without 5000 posts ?
