A bit of help please,

just went through a few old threads and searched around not finding what I'm looking for.
1) Where is the office in Santo Domingo for getting a drivers licence ?.
2) Is it possible to do it in Nagua or Samana ?

Santo Domingo driving licence office in is on Tiradantes esq. San Cristobal.

As regards Nagua or Samana, don't know, but doubt it.
