Does anyone know how to get a good price to fly from Ottawa to Puerto Plata????

continental or delta but it can be very expensive.

i'd suggest flying from syracuse instead. the prices are generally half plus gas and parking.

there you also have delta, continental as well as united and jet blue to name a few options.

definitely not recommended in the winter however. it's a nasty drive in a blizzard!

First of all, how long are you coming for? If it is one or two weeks, try to book a last minute charter sell off like: Air Transat, Westjet, Skyservice or even Air Canada rarely has good sales. If coming for longer and you wish to avoid the hassles of going through any US airports, the only carrier out of Canada that does that is Air Canada.

As I said, the only scheduled airline out of Canada is Air Canada but they also have sell-offs.

You might also try Go Travel Direct. I believe they fly from Ottawa. Not sure of the prices though.
