Since I lived many years in Panama the other day I was looking for a forum also but I couldn't find one that was good enough, probably spoiled by being used to this forum
Anyway if you have questions I'm more than glad to help you out, I know Panama as the back of my hand.

There are some areas with lots of expats, so it wouldn't be surprising to find some forums on the Net.

I second Rocky's recommendation of Panama Forum. My family found a lot of useful information on that forum on our various visits.

Panama Forum is the best, kind of like this one but for Panama. someone has discovered my third home-away-from-home. Costa rica being my second.
