Paypal Account linkage to Banco Popular account

My Banco Popular acct is in pesos and my DR paypal is in dollars they will gladly do the exchange for you

And how you open a DR paypal?

Send/receive money between any other PayPal account and that one using the appropriate PayPal email addresses.

Go to Banco Popular to link your DR bank account, if you want the money available at a local bank.
Banco Popular is the only DR bank that has that linkage for $15 US per transfer.
