Thank you for the suggestion. I know nothing about SENASA but I found their website. It appears that they are in the business of selling health insurance. I cannot find any mention of them providing physical therapy services to uninsured Dominicans. Am I missing something? https://www.arssenasa.gob.do/index.php/planes-complementarios/Have her signed up for the free SENASA plan which is available for all Dominican citizens. There should be a physical therapy clinic in the area where she can then go at no charge.
I'm working on that but so far no luck.Yikes
Check with the big hospitals
They’ll know
Whoever did the prosthetics should know too
Unfortunately no. The prosthetic legs were provided and installed by a charitable organization that provides prosthetics to poor Dominicans. https://www.centrodeprotesis.org/ I was able to get her fitted with the prosthetics by providing a with a donation to the Rotary Club in my hometown in the United States which is one of the sponsors of this organization. This is changed her life but she needs help learning to walk.Does she have a primary care physician? Maybe they can help you with this.
