Just to be clear, Popeyes is the American franchise opening soon. Popeye (without the S) is this place in Los Girasoles of SD (if its still there.)

Couple of things here:
Who is confusing this? I don't see a post where there may have been a mixup.

The chicken place in the pic is called PO-peh-yee.

What's better? Somewhere, someone must have told you that Dominican chicken places located in the ghetto buy chickens that die in the granja. A chicken that drops dead on its own has a bad taste due to blood coagulation.
