Nice summary. As you say, there cannot be "winning" or "losing" within this said "team", that just does not work. We know a few couples that have been (and still are) married for a long time and you just somehow see that from these persons. My god parents (is that how you say padrinos in English?) have always been an example for me. They got married much younger than my parents, still continue very happily married. They have built a freaking large house in the campo have 3 kids and a multitude of grandkids by now... They continue to be very happy, just like they were when I was a small kid. You should see them talking to each other... Nicest people I've ever met... They've been through sicknesses and whatnot...

I need a good divorce attorney because the last one screwed me out of several thousand dollars.
My situation has only gotten worse, my (soon to be) ex-wife has kicked me out of the house I purchased, changed all of the locks on the doors, completely drained all of "our" bank accounts, stopped paying on the car loan and now she claims I will have to start paying her $2,000 USD a month in child support for our 1 year old or she's taking me to court.
The neighbor also told me she now has several of her family members living in the house including her "primo" who I've caught stealing from me in the past.
Again, I'm beggin you, will someone please help me with finding a good divorce attorney?

Call me naive or whatever you want and I don't mean to disrespect the OP in any way, but I struggle to understand why would you get married if you're thinking a potential or even a possibility of a divorce even before getting married? Something must be wrong, no? I understand protecting your assets with paperwork and I'm not referring to that, I'm referring to the wording "then get divorced"...
