President Luis Abinader returned Tuesday, 1 October 2024 in the evening after attending the inaugural of President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico.
Noticias SIN reported that Mexico’s newly inaugurated President Claudia Sheinbaum expressed gratitude to Dominican President Luis Abinader and 104 other world leaders for attending her swearing-in ceremony.
Sheinbaum took office on 1 October 2024 during a formal ceremony at the presidential palace in Mexico City. She is Mexico’s first woman President.
