Property Tax on Lots to Build

Hola all! I want to buy a lot now and build a house later. What are the taxes on the lot before I build?

I want to be clear. The tax I refer to is any yearly tax paid to the city or municipality to pay for schools, roads, trash pickup or any local government provided services provided to the property.
